Safety: All staff is committed to avoiding injuries. We do this by:
 
 1.     Knowing what could happen and striving to avoid an event
 
 2.     Preparing students physically and mentally to be ready to attempt
         a skill
 
 3.     Grouping children appropriately
 
 4.     All staff are First Aid/CPR/AED certified

Fun: If it is not fun why do it? We make classes fun by:
 
 1.     Providing a curriculum that breaks skills into easy "sub-skills"
         so that early learning is rapid. Nothing motivates like success!
 
 2.     The staff is encouraging and supportive.
 
 3.     The staff tries to be entertaining as they deliver instruction.
 
 4.     We get to know each child individually as a whole person.
 
 5.     We help the students to get to know each other.

Fitness: Physical readiness is critical for success and safety. We achieve this by:
 
 1.     Performing various conditioning exercises in each class.
 
 2.     Demonstrate how skills can be achieved and improved by increased
         strength and flexibility.
 
 3.     Encourage "at home" exercise as a means to achieve higher goals
         in our program.
 
 4.     All staff is personally committed to regular exercise and proper
         nutrition and it shows!

Skills: Using our Success Curriculum the students learn sequential skills on the floor, bars, beam, trampoline and tumble track. Children develop the following:
 
 1.     Body awareness in various axis
 
 2.     Balance, agility, spatial awareness, ground field discrimination
 
 3.     Controlled landings / falls
 
 4.     Goal setting, delayed gratification, perseverance
 
 5.     Confidence, pride, team work
