Five Remarkable Reasons

Our Mission: Our students will leave each class with smiles and perspiration on their faces. They will be infused with self-esteem as they achieve the successes we provide for them. They will have the opportunity to make new friends throughout the program. As the children work to gain strength, flexibility and strive to master their skills, they will be laying the foundation for all sports and a healthy lifestyle.

Our Leadership: Our director, Ken Miller is a nationally known expert. For 20 years he has traveled the county presenting seminars for USA Gymnastics Federation. Ken's goal is to be on the floor with each class. He personally designed the "Success Curriculum" that is being used in Fun and Fit Gymnastics. Josh Derry will continue his tenure at KidPower Gym as our manager. He is the recent recipient of the "Man of the Year" award from the Autism Support Network. And the energetic Beth Sensinger is our Pre-School expert with over 20 successful years of experience.

Our Staff: Most of the coaches have been competitive gymnasts. These richly experienced teachers act as mentors for the younger men and women in the program. All of our staff continues to receive regular training from Ken Miller and Beth Sensinger. We think Fun and Fit Gymnastics has the absolute best staff in the area. Our staff is pecifically chosen for their ability to deliver gymnastics instruction in a safe, nurturing and enthusiastic manner. All of our staff members are First Aid, CPR and AED certified.

"Power Words" is a national program for character development. This wonderful program will be included in our curriculum. Dr. Robyn Silverman will have monthly phone conferences with the Fun and Fit staff. Concepts, such as fairness, respect and kindness, will be presented as monthly themes. Our instructors will teach these concepts within each class. We are guided by the belief that gymnastics is a wonderful activity to train and rehearse life-long skills and build good character.

Free Registration! When you sign up before September 15th we will waive the registration fee (a $35 value). The best part is you are not committed to a lengthy contract. Rather, we simply charge you on a monthly basis.
